Welcome to the neighborhood! The most significant way to celebrate the quality of life for InTown residents is for neighbors to connect and help each other. That is what InTown Macon Neighborhood Association is all about.
InTown Macon Neighborhood Association ia a non-profit 501c3 origination. Dues and Contributions are tax deductible to the extent prevented by law. If you are a new resident, we invite you to enjoy a complimentary membership for your 1st year. Dues are payable January of each year. All dues received in the 4th quarter of each year will be applied to next years membership.
Current Issues

Proposed Design Review Board Changes
Revisions to Chapter 27 A of the Comprehensive Land Development Ordinance developed by joint members of various historic neighborhoods and sent James Thomas at Macon Planning and Zoning. This proposed version incorporates many of P&Z's revisions and clearly streamlines the process for applicants, staff, DRB, and the Commission. Click on the icon to review the recommended changes. The Planning and Zoning Commission will meet on June 27 to vote on this amended Chapter 27A. Please review this version, and come to the meeting to voice any concerns you may have.
